FERRERO – Quality and Innovative Product Ideas

The company’s beginnings go back to the year 1956. Today one of Germany’s biggest and most modern confectionery factories is located in Stadtallendorf and Ferrero is one of the region’s biggest employers.

The first high-quality brand article for which Ferrero is well-known was the “Mon Chéri” chocolate. This was followed by “Ferrero Küsschen”, “Rocher” und “Raffaello” which was followed in turn by its latest product “tic tac Icegloo”.

Ferrero also manufactures a wide range of chocolate products and chocolate-bars such as “duplo”, “hanuta” and “Kinder Schokolade” as well as snacks such as “Milch-Schnitte”, “Kinder pinguí” and “Kinder country”

Its “nutella” sandwich spread completes the product range. With this product Ferrero opened up a completely new and hitherto unknown market in Germany in 1965 – the Nut-Nougat Cremes.

The company regards itself as a producer of sweet foods which consumers of all ages enjoy on all occasions.
